Justice is not giving or sharing things to mankind, but the knowledge to decide who owns the right thing. Justice is ethics, fairness and honesty. Is the constant will of giving to each what is theirs. It is that sense of righteousness that governs the conduct and does everything properly comply with the rights of others.

The distrust in the administration of justice appears almost endemic in Peru. The ordinary citizen it is difficult contact with a probable and impartial judiciary.

Poverty is another barrier to access to justice in Peru.
The poor have no justice, because they have no money. It is a reality. For example, a large proportion of prisoners in Peru are only suspects, without trial, purging prison.
